The original prologue was written from Quentin Tufa’s point of view, which I later determined wasn’t giving the story the push that I needed. So, I revised the prologue and wrote it from Michael Marsh’s point of view. Watch the video to hear more insight on why this change was made.

KUNG PAO CAULIFLOWER RECIPE (Adapted)

Ingredients

  • Bag of Cauliflower
  • F. Chang’s Kung Pao Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of garlic salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour

Directions

  • Mix flour, milk and garlic salt and pepper
  • Toss cauliflower in batter
  • Cook for 15 minutes on 400 degrees (or fry if you’re not scared to do that like me!)
  • Brush cauliflower with Kung Pao sauce
  • Cook for additional 10 minutes on 400 degrees
  • Enjoy!
